Farm of 200.000 HAS (two hundred thousand) in the Province of La Rioja, (depto of Vinchina, ex - Gral Sarmiento)

The cities nearest to the field towards south are  Villa Vinchina's San Jose (head-board of the department of the same name), which one finds 18 kms. of the south limit of the field (way of consolidated); Villa Castelli and Villa Union, which they located to  38 kms and to 70 Kms. of Villa Vinchina's San Jose, respectively, all on the Route 40 that it is of asphalt; in turn, eastward of the latter locality and on the same route, towards the international way to Pircas Negras, in  Chile, to 35 kms. where finds  the Jaguel .'s locality-

For the way of consolidated that comes from Villa Vinchina's San Jose, it is possible to to penetrate in the field approximately 30 kms. and later  is made necessary displease in vehicle- 4x4

The north limit of the field is near the locality catamarqueña of Tinogasta, the wich it is possible to to accede for the way of the Portezuelo de la Punilla.-

SURFACE: a) area: 200.000 HAS. (TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND)

PRINCIPAL CHARACTERISTICS: It is a valley framed by Famatina's mountains in the western part and of Black Bull in the eastern part, that in his summits waterdivides mark the natural limits of the field.-

it does not possess any house, it does not have electric power; the water is abundant, and of very good quality wich is obtained by the river and of the little rivers of the same one.-

In the field there is no explotation now a days, but in the zone (Vinchina's San Jose) there are estates with viñedos.-

The titles are perfect (public inscribed writing in the Record of Property of the Province in diciembre/2.000)
